Banking law is the branch of law that governs the financial market, linked to the rules of depriving law, and must also follow the rules of public law. Regulated by Law 4,595 / 64, resolutions of the Central Bank of Brazil and the National Monetary Council, with application of civil and civil procedural law, as well as the Consumer Protection Code. It is through this sphere of law that we can act on the specific rules that guide bank contracts, unfair terms; financing; bank secrecy review action; differentiated treatment in cases of companies that are undergoing judicial reorganization, among others.
