Family and succession law is a branch of civil law, regulated by the Civil Code and with application of the Child and Adolescent Statute, as well as the Elderly Statute. This branch of law allows action both in the judicial and in the extrajudicial spheres, depending on each specific case, helping to prevent and resolve family conflicts. It is through this sphere of law that we can act in processes of inventory, sharing of assets, divorce, trustee, custody, regulation of visits, among others.
